Carolyn L. McCormack is a shareholder in the Industrial and Consumer Product Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Groups in the Philadelphia office of Lavin, O’Neil, Ricci, Cedrone & DiSipio. She concentrates her practice in pharmaceutical and toxic tort complex litigation.
Ms. McCormack earned her Juris Doctor in 2001 from the Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, PA. From 1999 to 2001, she served as Associate Editor of the Temple Environmental Law & Technology Journal. Ms. McCormack earned a B.A. in History in 1994 from Villanova University. She was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society and a member of the Women’s Tennis Team from 1990 to 1993.
Ms. McCormack is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut state courts. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining Lavin, O’Neil, Ricci, Cedrone & DiSipio as an associate in 2001, Ms. McCormack worked as a paralegal and law clerk with the firm.
In 2008, Ms. McCormack attended and successfully completed the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy.
In addition to her practice, Ms. McCormack administers the firm’s Summer Associate Program. She also coordinates and supervises the firm’s participation in the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University’s Co-Op Program. She has also spoken at Drexel University School of Law on panels for recruitment workshops.
